Explore why creating experiential, multi-sensory worship connects today’s students with God’s story, allowing them to learn in a new way. You’ll have the chance to share what has worked and what hasn’t, and to work together to create a multi-sensory worship experience.

Ok, the idea for this seminar is to get you involved in creating a multi-sensory worship experience. Our theme is "Conversations at the Table"

Consider all the conversations in the Bible that happen around a table, the people that are there, the people who are invited, and those who are not. Jesus impacted lives around tables and in people's homes. He told stories, shared meals and taught great truth around tables. Jesus also got in trouble for the people he sat down with at these tables. What about you? Consider the tables where we sit today...at the office, at school, at the mall, the board room, our own dining rooms. How is Jesus teaching us at these tables? How is he showing up these tables today?

HOW TO GET INVOLVED:

1. Design a prayer station based on the theme above using a Biblical or a contemporary setting. Bring this to create at the workshop

2. Write a prayer/poem/song to go with the theme of tables. Bring it to use in the worship gathering.

3. Create an art piece based on the table theme and bring it to share in the worship gathering.

4. Take photographs or create a video that reflects or represents the theme above.
